DESCRIPTION:The Dickinson State University Ag Club hosts Kids Day on the Farm for third graders and younger every spring. Come and enjoy the animals - everything from miniature horses and bunnies to lambs and baby calves - and have some fun while learning about agriculture!\n\nThe Kids Day on the Farm event runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m with the last guided tour starting at 3:30 p.m. Appointments to have a guided tour through the Kids Day on the Farm experience are arranged every 15 minutes throughout the day. Each guided tour will last approximately 60-75 minutes long. Each 15-minute increment can accommodate up to three groups with a cap at 50 kids per time slot.\n\nWhen registering\, the number available indicates the number of people the time slot can accommodate. Register for the number of people coming (i.e. 20 students and teachers/chaperones) and NOT the number of classes.\n\nPre-registration for Kids Day on the Farm closes Wednesday\, April 14\, 2021\, at 12:00 noon MDT. If you are trying to register after that date/time\, please contact dsu.agclub@dickinsonstate.edu to inquire about availability.\n\nDue to the nature of our event\, social distancing will be difficult therefore we expect all our guests to wear masks.
