Everyone brings value\, so we need to learn how to tap into the strengths within our organizations and empower each and every member to bring their best.  We will learn how the various generations think and operate and how to work together to build strong unions that move the organization forward.\n\n\n\nPresenter\n\n\n\n\n\nMary Ingman was born and raised in Montana and lived in Dickinson\, ND for the last 34 years.  She is married with three grown children and two grandchildren.  For many years\, her family owned and operated a successful retail business.  Mary has been a professional photographer\, working with hundreds of clients over the years. \n\n\n\nIn 2006\, Mary entered the world of manufacturing where she filled roles as process engineer\, program manager\, and quality manager.  She has been successful in pioneering improvements such as API Q1 and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and accreditation for manufacture of pressure vessels to ASME and National Board standards.\n\n\n\nThrough her years of manufacturing\, Mary has been a student of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.  She is a John Maxwell certified coach and trainer. Mary offers consulting services for Lean principles\, Quality Management Systems\, and leadership training.
