Percheron, LLC is the first nationwide, integrated land services provider offering specialized expertise in Energy, Field Services, Title, Survey, Safety and Environmental services. Percheron representatives will be in Minot, North Dakota hosting a networking event early May 2017 seeking experienced North Dakota-based professionals to support Gas, Electric and Transportation projects in North Dakota.

Seeking Professionals with Qualifications in:

• Project Management and Coordination experience.
• ROW/Real Estate experience in acquiring land rights.
• ROW Title research, Due Diligence, Legal descriptions, and verifying ownership of properties
• ROW Permitting in regards to Highways/Roads, Railroads, Waterways, and Sovereign Lands
• Landman experience in Permitting, Mineral title, Leasing, and Negotiating surface damages
• Office Management, Land administration, Document creation, and Data entry. Safety coordination in review of potential safety hazards on projects
• Technicians for GIS/CAD – Create survey drawings and maintain shape data in ArcGIS/AutoCAD
