Our busy law firm is seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant who will play a crucial role in the varied day-to-day operations of our office.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in staying organized, and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
Schedule:
This is a full-time, in-office position.
Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
During the summer months, our office operates on a modified schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Minimum Requirements:
Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Qualifications include:
- Previous office experience preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally in person, in writing, and by telephone
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn new tasks and systems
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain strict client confidentiality
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Greet and direct clients and visitors
- Utilize industry-specific software and online resources
- Draft and edit letters and documents; collect and organize information
- Maintain attorneys’ calendars by scheduling meetings, conferences, and other appointments
- Monitor and maintain office inventory and supplies
- Provide administrative support to the Office Administrator
