Ebeltoft . Sickler . Lawyers PLLC is an established law firm in Dickinson dedicated to providing high-quality legal services while maintaining a collaborative and positive workplace environment.
 
Our busy law firm is seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant who will play a crucial role in the varied day-to-day operations of our office.
 
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in staying organized, and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
 
Schedule:
This is a full-time, in-office position.
Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
During the summer months, our office operates on a modified schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Pay: $20.00 per hour, with potential for growth over time.
 
Minimum Requirements:
Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
 
Qualifications include:
  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate professionally in person, in writing, and by telephone
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and systems
 
Responsibilities include: 
  • Maintain strict client confidentiality
  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Greet and direct clients and visitors
  • Utilize industry-specific software and online resources
  • Draft and edit letters and documents; collect and organize information
  • Maintain attorneys’ calendars by scheduling meetings, conferences, and other appointments
  • Monitor and maintain office inventory and supplies
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Administrator
