Today, the Southwest Pipeline Project brings quality water to over 56,000 people, which includes 33 communities, more than 7,400 rural locations, 24 contract customers, 26 raw-water customers, and two rural water systems. In the energy sector, the Southwest Pipeline Project provides raw water for a depot and an ethanol plant.
