Jeanne Masseth is the founder of Legacy Talent Development Inc. where she specializes in growing leaders.  
 
As a certified professional coach, Jeanne partners with leaders to provide an unbiased sounding board. Together, they navigate opportunities in a relaxed environment where questions are solved and accountability is elevated. Ultimately, leaders to take strategic action towards their highest goals. 
 
Jeanne also helps organizations design and deliver high-impact mentoring programs. Crafting robust mentoring experiences for mentors and mentees is her jam! Her programs drive employee engagement, skill development, and knowledge transfer within the business to fuel the talent pipeline. 
 
Jeanne earned an MBA and maintains SPHR and SHRM-SCP designations. When she's not working, you’ll find her cheering on her children’s activities, traveling, running, and enjoying time on the water.
