Freezin' for a Reason!

The annual Polar Plunge is back in Dickinson The Polar Plunge is an annual fundraiser organized by local Law Enforcement and community volunteers to raise awareness and support for Special Olympics North Dakota. This cool event offers a great opportunity for individuals, organizations, schools, and businesses to support Special Olympics, by "Freezin' for a Reason" in the chilly North Dakota waters! No matter what we are about good times at the official party of winter.

There is no registration fee but Plungers are required to raise a minimum $75 in donations and earn great incentive prizes, while showing the same bravery our athletes show on a daily basis. You can register online until 11:59pm on March 6th or in person at Prairie Hills Mall Parking Lot on March 7th at 11am-12:30pm
Participants will enter the water starting at 12:30pm. Costumes are encouraged - be creative! All fundraisers will receive a long sleeved t-shirt and encouraged to join our Polar Plunge ceremony for contest prizes!
